Data & Voice Systems
Our retail contracts frequently involve us designing and installing the full sound and music system and also the data transfer system for the store's transaction process.
DDA (Disabilities Discrimination Act)
To ensure that our clients comply with the requirements of the Act we install DDA compatible counter induction hearing loops. We also install emergency alarm call systems in toilets and other areas.
Our retail contracts can also require us to wire up lift and
escalator installations.
Industrial Electrical Services Installation
Turn Key Electrical provides electrical services for a wide range of industrial applications.
We will design and install the complete electrical requirements for new build factory units. We also undertake factory refurbishment contracts.
Fire Certificated Buildings
In fire certificated buildings we will install fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, smoke detection systems and integrate these with the
sprinkler system.
Periodic Inspection & Testing
Health & Safety guidelines recommend that the electrical systems of factories and offices should be periodically inspected and tested every five years.
The electrical system should also be inspected and tested in the
event of:-
- Change of use.
- Change of ownership.
- Change to the specification or loading of the installation.
- A fire incident.
PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
There is a legal requirement for all electrical appliances used in factories, offices and shops to be tested on installation and at regular intervals thereafter. We are a registered PAT contractor.
We also undertake re-wires and electrical surveys.
